I've ordered a new smartcard will this be posted to me or do I have to collect it?

Replacement smartcards ordered online will be posted by 13:00 on Thursday ahead of a weekend fixture.

Orders placed after 13:00 on Thursday will be held for collection at the Ticket Office.

Any cards not collected in person will be posted via First Class mail on the next business day following the fixture.
