Where possible and always subject to agreement by the host club, we can request reprints of specified tickets.
To report an away match ticket reprint, please email your request to contact@rangers.co.uk with the subject heading: AWAY TICKET REPRINT
Include your Rangers number and the Rangers numbers of any other supporters on the same ticket order who are affected.
Please be aware that reprint requests will be acknowledged during regular business hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday. Reprint requests would be acknowledged up to 12 noon on a Friday before a weekend fixture.
We ask supporters to wait until two days prior to the match & after their last post on that day before reporting an undelivered ticket.
Most away tickets are now either barcoded or QR coded; once the reprint request has been processed by the host club, the original ticket becomes invalid.
Collection arrangements, if the request can be accommodated, will be communicated by Rangers Ticket Office once your request has been taken note of.
