We have introduced a new mobile-friendly e-ticket format designed to make entry at Ibrox faster and help reduce queues at turnstiles.
This reflects how the majority of supporters already access their tickets, by scanning them directly from their mobile device, and builds on recent changes to ticket delivery timings and supporter communications, which have already helped reduce queuing times on match days.
How will I receive my ticket for European and Cup matches?
The delivery method depends on how your ticket is purchased.
If you are enrolled in the Continuous Credit Card Scheme (CCCS), your ticket will automatically be issued as a mobile-friendly e-ticket.
If you are not enrolled in CCCS, you will be able to choose your preferred delivery method during checkout when purchasing your ticket. Available options are:
- Mobile-friendly e-ticket
- Print-at-home PDF ticket
Can I continue to receive print-at-home tickets?
Yes. Supporters enrolled in CCCS who would prefer to receive a print-at-home ticket instead of a mobile-friendly e-ticket can register their preference here.
