We offer an Essential Companion ticket, which can only be booked via email. Please note an Essential Companion ticket can only be applied alongside a full price ticket.

Essential Companion Tickets
An EC ticket can only be added alongside a full price adult ticket. To qualify, you must provide Proof of Concession (POC) showing a +1 (or +2) symbol.
Accepted forms of POC:
- Access/Nimbus cards with +1 or +2 symbol.
- Blue Badge with +1 or +2 symbol.
- Official letter
- On headed paper from a doctor or care establishment confirming the need for a companion (+1/+2).
Concessionary Tickets (without +1 symbol)
If you do not have a +1 symbol, we also offer heavily reduced concessionary tickets. Accepted proof includes (but is not limited to):
- PIP letter
- Blue Badge
- Disabled Railcard
- Headed doctors letter
Once your proof has been received and verified, your account and booking will be updated and we will confirm your revised ticket(s).
