If you require a companion to attend matches with you, you'll need to complete a Reasonable Adjustment Form (RAF).
Please complete the Reasonable Adjustment Form and upload any relevant supporting documentation. If you're unable to upload your documents, you can email them to disabilitymatters@rangers.co.uk.
When completing the form, please provide as much information as possible about the support you require. This helps us understand any barriers you may face when attending matches and put the most appropriate adjustments in place.
If we require any further information, a member of the Disability Matters team will contact you.
The Reasonable Adjustment Form is also available in alternative formats, including large print and paper copies. Please contact disabilitymatters@rangers.co.uk if you require one.
Companion tickets for individual matches
If you've already completed a Reasonable Adjustment Form (RAF) and your request for a companion ticket has been approved, you can request a companion ticket when purchasing your match ticket, subject to availability.
If you haven't yet completed a Reasonable Adjustment Form, you'll need to do this before a companion ticket can be considered.
Companion season tickets
If you're a season ticket holder, you can request a companion season ticket by completing a Reasonable Adjustment Form.
Please note:
- Companion season tickets are subject to availability.
- Requests are reviewed as part of the annual season ticket renewal process.
- If your chosen companion already holds a season ticket, their existing season ticket will be cancelled and linked to your account as your companion ticket.
This means:
- The companion ticket can only be used when attending matches with you.
- It is not a separate season ticket in its own right.
- If your season ticket is cancelled or not renewed, the linked companion ticket will also be cancelled.
