Why has the Club introduced sanctions for supporters who do not collect their European away match ticket?

The decision follows extensive supporter feedback gathered during a season-long engagement process. 

While we recognise that ticket collection is not always convenient, supporter feedback showed strong support for continuing the process for European away matches and introducing sanctions where tickets are purchased but not collected. 

These measures help ensure that tickets are used by supporters who intend to travel, reduce uncollected tickets, and provide fairer access to European away matches for MyGers members.
