If you're planning an event at Ibrox, you'll find some useful information below to help you prepare:
Catering
Our catering partner, Elior UK provide all catering for events therefore you are not permitted to bring your own catering. Guests are allowed to bring in a celebration cake however storage and service of this must be confirmed in advance.
Accessibility
Most of our suites are accessible to guests. We have lift access in the main stand that will take you to our main suites. Reception staff on duty will be happy to assist with your guest arrival.
If you or one of your guests has an accessibility requirement, please let our Events team know in advance so we can discuss the support available.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
Entertainment
If you plan on hiring your own DJ or entertainment, please note that we require your suppliers PAT and PLI certificates in advance. All hired equipment must be removed from the premises by the end of the night.
We can alternatively arrange or suggest entertainment on your behalf. Please ask our Events team for further details.
Decorations
You're welcome to decorate the space, but nothing may be put on the walls. All décor must be removed before you leave, and no items can be left behind.
Ibrox Stadium Events cannot accept responsibility for belongings left after the event.
Pitchside Photographs
For events, where possible we can arrange a small group of guests to have pictures by the pitch however we are unable to allow full party access and no guests are allowed onto the pitch.
MyGers Discount
MyGers discounts are not available for private events or venue hire.
Final details
Final details including, numbers, running order, dietaries and requests should be confirmed with the Events team no later than 4 weeks prior.
