If your new seat is the same price, or less than your previous seat, you won’t be contacted directly but will receive a second confirmation email once the move has been confirmed by the Ticketing Team. If there is an increase in price between your previous seat and your new seat, the Ticketing Team will contact you by phone to confirm the move and take payment details for any difference in cost.
