How will the seat move process work?

You can access and view all currently available seats across the stadium

Prices will be shown when a seat is added to the basket.

Seat moves are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

To process more than one seat move in a single transaction, all members must be registered in a friendship group and on the seat transfer waiting list. Friendship status as of 12:00 on Thursday 7 May will apply.

At checkout, a £5 fee is added, which covers the cost of a new smartcard and administrative costs.

Once checked out, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the new seat details.

If there is an increase in price between your previous seat and your new seat, the Ticketing Team will contact you by phone to confirm the move and take payment details for any difference in cost.

If your new seat is the same price, or less than your previous seat, you won’t be contacted directly but will receive a second confirmation email once the move has been confirmed by the Ticketing Team.

Once a seat move has been confirmed, it is final. The original seat will be released back into the system for others to select in the days following your move, so we strongly encourage you to review all available options before proceeding.
