You have 14 days from the day after you receive your payment confirmation email to cancel your membership and to receive a refund as long as you haven't purchased any matchday tickets in this period or used any other Membership benefits. Please note, if we have dispatched your Membership pack before you cancel, you must return the pack to us before we will process your refund.
