If you previously opted out of auto-renewal and wish to add yourself to auto-renewal to ensure your membership is renewed at the discounted prices, go to My Account and complete the steps below before midnight (BST) on Monday 13 April 2026.
- Login to My Account
- Click Memberships tab
- Tick the Membership you have
- Click into the 'Auto Renew' button
- Select Payment Method dropdown option and select 'Online - Credit/Debit Card'
- Select Payment Details dropdown option to view and select one of your valid saved cards. If you don't have a saved card on your account, click the 'Add New' button to save a credit/debit card.
- Tick the 'Enrolled' checkbox to opt in
- Click 'OK'
