To check that your credit/debit card has not expired or if you wish to change your card payment details, please complete the steps below before midnight (BST) on Monday 13 April 2026:
- Login to My Account
- Click Memberships tab
- Tick the Membership you have
- Click into the 'Auto Renew' button
- You can view the last 4 digits and expiry date of the card registered for auto-renewal
- Select Payment Details dropdown option to view and select an alternative saved card, click OK
- Or, select the 'Add New' button to save a new card for your auto-renewal payment
- Click 'OK'
