If you decide you want to cancel your auto-renewal payment, go to My Account and
complete the steps below before midnight (BST) on Monday 13 April 2026.
• Login to My Account
• Click Memberships tab
• Tick the Membership you have
• Click into the ‘Auto Renew’ button
• Untick the ‘Enrolled’ checkbox to opt out
• Click 'OK'
