How soon before a match should I request a reprint for a lost Away match ticket?

We ask supporters to wait until two days prior to the match and after their last post on that day before reporting a not received or lost ticket. Most away tickets are now either barcoded or QR coded; once the reprint request has been processed, the original ticket becomes invalid. Should you request a reprint and subsequently receive the original ticket in the post we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can cancel your reprint request.
