Delivery times will be subject to a member’s location, but UK packs should arrive within two weeks and international packs should arrive within four to six weeks.

GlobalGers Members should be aware that import duties and local taxes for goods delivered outside the UK are not included in the MyGers Membership fee and in this case, you will be responsible for the payment of any and all import duties and local taxes upon receipt.
From season 2024/25, should your address not be updated, and the pack is not returned to sender, a replacement pack will not be issued until later in the season when we know our stock levels.
