How can MyGers Members buy tickets for a domestic away game?

MyGers members who are also Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to register for away match tickets on an individual match basis. Registration details for each match will be communicated through the club’s official channels, and you can register here.

When the registration period for each match closes, we will hold a ballot within each tier (Gold, Silver & Bronze) using the registration data to help guide the number of tickets that will be available for each tier. The greatest likelihood of being allocated a ticket will be given to Gold members, then Silver and then Bronze members.

Supporters wishing to be balloted together MUST register in the same transaction. Groupings are based on supporters registration transaction number and their MyGers tier. This rule applies regardless of supporters age.

From season 2024/25 Category A away matches against Celtic will be balloted separately, on a rotational basis and will be open exclusively to Gold MyGers members.

Category B away matches, including Aberdeen, Hearts and Hibernian, will also be balloted separately, on a rotational basis, and will be open to all MyGers tiers.

This will create three separate balloting pools, Category A, Category B and All Others.
Tickets will be balloted in a rotational format.

We would like to remind supporters that if you register for a match and successfully receive a ticket through the ballot but do not purchase for any reason, this will count as a non-registration and you will be excluded from the next 5 domestic away match ballots before you are eligible to register and be included within the ballot to receive another ticket, regardless of friendship grouping.

Furthermore, a deduction of 5 MyGers points will be applied. This deduction will be implemented during the week following the respective away match. This is in response to the high number of tickets that are being registered for but then subsequently not purchased which makes it harder for supporters wishing to attend the match being able to access tickets.
