The payment run will begin on Friday 28 March 2025 and is expected to take up to 72 hours to be processed. Auto-renewal payments are not taken in any specific order, so if you have multiple Memberships linked to one payment card, they may be taken at different times.
You will receive an email to confirm if we have been successful or unsuccessful in taking payment. If the payment has failed then you will receive an email with a link to process the membership independently, please login with your Rangers number and password to keep the membership on your existing account with any purchase and points history. If the payment failed due to an old or expired card, we are not able to retry with new details. You will need to renew independently by following the link in the failure email you will receive.
