Accessible service points are available at the Rangers Ticket Centre, located at Ibrox Stadium. Staff are trained to support disabled supporters with ticket enquiries and collections.

If you are unable to log in to your Rangers account, you may need to reset your password before continuing.

• Visit the account login page.
• Select "Forgot Password"
• Enter your Rangers number (beginning with 500 or 600).
• Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address to create a new password.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

• Check your junk or spam folder.
• Ensure you entered the correct Rangers number.
• Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive before requesting another reset.

You will be issued with a smartcard before the start of the 2026/27 season to gain access to the Stadium which is activated for home league games.

Smartcards will be posted to the registered owner’s address. Please ensure your address is up to date by logging in here.

Broxi’s Den is a Sensory Suite offered by Rangers for people with a range of sensory impairments, neuro-diverse conditions, and additional support needs.   

The facility offers three options for viewing the game depending on the needs of the person attending:   

• Sit outside in the stand, with a companion to view the game. 
• Watch from behind window in Broxi’s Den.  
• Watch on the television in our chill out room in a quiet environment.

Applicants must be 5 years of age and over to be considered for membership.

Rangers FC will continue its programme of fan round-table sessions following two open and constructive meetings held in October with supporters. The sessions, attended by Andrew Cavenagh and members of the Rangers Leadership team and members of the Supporter Engagement Team, covered a broad range of topics including on-field performance, recruitment, player development, reputation and supporter relations. 

The round-table series will continue throughout the season, taking place approximately every two months, to ensure consistent and meaningful dialogue between the club and its supporters as we move forward together.
